How it works

  1. Step 1

    Add your photos

Drop in your flight. We read each photo in your browser and show the exact price, camera by camera, before anything uploads.

  2. Step 2

    Pay once

Pay for that job only, by card, with GST/HST for your province. Your first Standard job of up to 500 photos is free.

  3. Step 3

    Add ground control (optional)

Mark your control points on the photos in the browser, in NAD83(CSRS) UTM or other common systems, or process without them.

  4. Step 4

    Download and share

Get your files by email and in your account, view and measure them online, and share a view-only link. Most results in 24–48 hours.

Questions

Which drones and cameras work?

Any drone camera that saves its GPS position in each photo, in JPEG or TIFF. Survey cameras such as the DJI Zenmuse P1 and 20-megapixel drones such as the Mavic 3 Enterprise both work.

How many photos can one job have?

Up to 10,000, or 6,500 from high-resolution cameras (over 25 MP). 24–48 hours for up to 3,000 photos; 2–3 days for larger jobs (up to 10,000 photos).

Why do large photos count extra?

Processing cost follows pixels, so photos over 25 megapixels count as 2 and over 50 megapixels as 3. You see exactly how your photos were counted before you pay.

Where is my data processed and stored?

In Canada. Your photos, results, account and order details are stored and processed in AWS Canada Central (Montréal), and our website runs there too. Card payments are handled by Stripe.

How long are my files kept?

Results stay available for 30 days after delivery (6 or 12 months on a monthly plan), and uploaded photos are deleted 30 days after upload. Download anything you want to keep.

What if a job fails?

We're told straight away. If the problem is on our side, we refund you in full.
